There is a time when we have to stop waiting for certain key measures such as: churn, retention and patron lifetime value. That time is now. I also wanted to find a way to automate the Pledge Growth by Tier chart we shared earlier in this series.
So I created a dashboard in Google Sheets that anyone can use. I walk through how to create your own copy, upload your data and start analyzing the health of your Patreon community.
